Terms of Service
Effective date: October 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ReliefCommand (the "Service"), operated by DylTec Co. ("ReliefCommand," "we," "us"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation to an organization, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent ("Customer" or "your organization"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What ReliefCommand is
ReliefCommand is inventory and warehouse-management software for relief organizations: tracking donated stock by box and product, picking and shipping orders, issuing point-of-distribution codes for partner sites, and logging volunteer hours. It is provided as a web dashboard and a companion mobile app.
2. Accounts and organizations
Access is organized around an "organization" — your relief organization or a warehouse network within it. An organization manager can invite users and assign roles; a user's permissions (what they can see and do) are scoped to their organization and role. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during signup and for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us promptly at support@dyltec.com if you suspect unauthorized access to an account.
3. Customer data
"Customer Data" is the data your organization or its users enter, upload, or generate through the Service — inventory records, order and shipment details, point-of-distribution codes, volunteer records, product images, and any information about beneficiaries or recipients your organization chooses to record. As between you and us, your organization owns its Customer Data. You grant us a license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and support the Service.
Your organization is responsible for having the rights and any necessary consents to provide Customer Data to the Service, including for any personal information about beneficiaries, staff, or volunteers it chooses to record — see our Privacy Policy for how we process that data and the respective roles we and your organization play.
4. Data isolation between organizations
Each organization's Customer Data is logically separated from every other organization's data and is enforced at the database layer, keyed off each user's authenticated organization membership — not by anything the app's interface alone decides. POD managers access their linked warehouse through a redeemed POD code. Shared barcode catalog entries are available across organizations. Opted-in warehouse needs lists and limited order-reference tracking are public.
SMS order updates require recorded consent and are optional. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to use the Service. Notifications depend on provider availability and are not guaranteed emergency communications.
Intake suggestions and reference prices may use a configured OpenAI-compatible provider and barcode catalog services. Staff must review them. They are not certified appraisals.
5. Fees, paid by agreement
ReliefCommand is provided under a service agreement between your organization and us. The agreement sets your fees, when they are billed, and how many warehouses your organization may run, and we invoice for them. The app itself takes no payment: your organization's dashboard shows the warehouse allowance you have, and allowances change through us, not through a purchase in the app. Email support@dyltec.com to set up or change an agreement.
Fees are refundable only where the agreement provides or where required by law. We may change pricing for later billing periods with notice before it applies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to store or transmit data you do not have the right to share;
- Attempt to access another organization's data or bypass access controls;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation; or
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service, or delete your organization's account, at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where we reasonably believe continued access poses a security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) do so.
8. Service "as is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReliefCommand will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Iowa, without regard to conflict- of-law principles.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify organization managers by email or in-app notice before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
